When my friend and I decided to take a cruise to celebrate our birthdays, we started looking at all the different cruise lines.  It was all so overwhelming!  We had heard about "Divine Destinations" from a friend and decided to give Jennifer a call.  She talked with us and found out what we were looking for, then began searching the deals for cruises.  She got us the best price available on our cruise and the airfare.  Details which we hadn't even thought of - to include arriving in Florida the day before the cruise so that we could relax and not feel rushed, booking a hotel for the night before, transports from the airport to the hotel and also transports to and from the ship etc., were all taken care of for us.  When we encountered a problem, we made one phone call to Jennifer and she took care of the details, allowing us to enjoy our vacation and leave the worries behind.  We booked our shore excursions with Jennifer, and simply showed the paper to the transport personnel in our Port of call and were whisked off to enjoy a day at an all inclusive beach resort, and another day of horseback riding through the hills of a historical sugar cane plantation ending with a run through the ocean, still on horseback!  It was a vacation of a lifetime.  Booking our cruise through Divine Destinations saved us time and money, and Jennifer worked out all the details so that everything would be perfect.

My friend and I were trying to arrange a cruise. It would be a first for both of us and a long time dream of mine. My son had been on one for his honeymoon 10 years ago so he had many suggestions for us. Even with all this, making arrangements and decisions where to go and on which cruise line plus flight arrangements and timing became very overwhelming. We heard about Divine Deals from a friend at work and contacted Jennifer. What a relief. She took care of all the arrangements once we told her the basics of what we wanted to do. She had many suggestions for excursions and deals she could get for us. With her help, it took a big load off of us making all the arrangements and we could get excited about the trip (instead of overwhelmed) as the plans magically came together through Jennifer.  She also had many helpful suggestions for us and helped us to understand what to expect and look forward to. We did have one snag before we got on the ship with the hotel we were to stay at the night before the cruise. One phone call to Jennifer and she was right on it. We were weary from traveling and she just took care of the problem for us immediately. We were treated like royalty on the cruise and felt very pampered. Everyone was so friendly, staff and guests alike. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. As I explained, Audrey and I had a wonderful time on vacation. We were a little apprehensive about taking the mystery vacation trip. We've spoke with a couple that did it, and decided to take the chance. You are guaranteed a certain level for the price you are spending. It was better then we had anticipated. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the people everywhere in the resort went out of there way to make it special. The value of the mystery vacation was exceptional. Compareable to vacations costing $500-1000 more then we spent. The only complaint is now I have to lose the 5 pounds I gained! We will do this again! Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for helping us plan our family vacation to Disney World and the Disney Dream.  We all had the time of our lives!  Everything ran so smoothly from transportation to check in and check out.  My boys got to be Jedi and fight Darth Vader in Hollywood Studios and they absolutely loved the ship!!!

The Disney Dream lived up to it's name.  All of the workers on the ship very helpful and friendly.  My husband and I took advantage of the childcare (the Oceaneer Club) that was available both on the ship and on Disney's private island, Castaway Cay.  We felt very comfortable with the level of security and the friendly staff in the Oceaneer Club.  The boys had fun playing in Andy's room while my husband and I enjoyed some martinis and quiet in the over 18 pool.  This was a vacation that we will remember for the rest of our lives.  Thank you so much.

Hi Jennifer!  The trip went fine, and there were no problems with any of the reservations:  plane, car, and hotel.  We drove to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and Boulder City.  We took a Pink Jeep tour of the Grand Canyon and a hotel shuttle to The Strip (didn't see any shows - won $25 gambling); we had a gorgeous cruise on Lake Mead.   The Lake Las Vegas area and the Loewe are very beautiful.  They are also close to most of the sights we wanted to see.  In summary - everything went smoothly, and the location is beautiful. Thanks for your help.  Everything on your end of the trip was excellent!

The weather was beautiful and we were fortunate not to have huge crowds to contend with except one day!  :)  Have tons of pictures and wonderul keepsakes and memories. We could have used a couple more days to see EVERYTHING, but we got the most important things accomplished! So sorry it took so long to get back to you.  We had a GREAT time in Jamaica!  The Sandals Resort in Montego Bay was so wonderful.  The staff was so friendly and accommodating plus the weather was FANTASTIC!  No rain at all (not even a cloud until the day we left).  The white sandy beach and the ocean were so beautiful!  I want to go back tomorrow! I would highly recommend staying at a Sandals Resort because they are so accommodating.  We never even had to lift our bags.  It was a great way to escape everyday chaos and just exist......we really just laid on the beach for the entire time we were there.  Plus the food was delish!  We ate so well while we were there and having so many options with all the restaurants gave us the opportunity to eat different foods every night.  Thanks so much for all that you did to assist with planning our trip.  Hopefully in a few years we can take another trip (most likely with the kids).

We thank you for all your help planning and making reservations for our recent vacation.  The Grey Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone was a great place to spend a week.  It is located less than 3/4 of a mile from the West Entrance into Yellowstone National Park.  It is also located across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf discovery center.  We may have to consider a fall vacation there sometime as it would be fun to see the different seasons of Yellowstone.  Thank you again for your assistance, and I will be contacting you soon to get information on planning a spring break to somewhere warm for our 25th wedding anniversary.  I'm thinking all inclusive but I do not even know what to look for or where to look at.  So we will need you assistance in getting pointed in the right direction.

I just wanted to thank you for the arrangements you made for us for our vacation to Vegas.  Everything went off without a hitch, it was great.  We were even able to upgrade our car rental when we got there to a Pathfinder so we were able to drive down into the Grand Canyon!!  And the Condo was wonderful.  Their service was incredible, and it was a clean, well run place.  We were very satisfied with our accommodations. The only thing that was somewhat negative was the Duluth airport, which we probably wouldn't fly out of again until they finish their remodeling. We will be sure to recommend your service to others we know who have travel plans, as well as contact you ourselves for future travel plans of our own, when they come up! My Husband and I wanted to take our family on a vacation for Christmas, but really had no experience or ideas how to proceed. I looked through the internet and white pages, when I found Divine Destinations I sent an e-mail which was replied to immediately.  Jennifer called me as soon as she could and I explained what I needed.  This was our very first family vacation, so I really had no idea where to go... somewhere warm and relaxing is what I asked for.  She did all the searching and comparing for me, took care of the price checks and availability.  She would send me e-mails with different places to go, we looked at cruises, all-inclusive resorts and Disney world.  We her guidance, We decided on the "Moon Palace", an all-inclusive resort in Cancun.  Jennifer helped us every step of the way.  I didn't feel bad calling or e-mailing with 'sily' questions and she even arranged a going away gift for us!! The time you get to spend with your family really decreases as your children get older and having two 'tweens' in multiple sports makes the time go by so fast.  We spent 8 wonderful days together, playing basketball, bike riding, mini-golfing and even tried tennis.  The time spent at the beach was so much fun.  We had never been to the ocean, so it was breathtaking as we all stood with our feet in the sand the very first time.  We signed up for two tours which Jennifer encouraged us to try- we went to the "Island of Women", and since it was a sister resort to the Moon Palace we were able to take advantage of all the amenities there at no cost.  We took a boat tour around the island, saw dolphins, fish and the true Caribbean Blue waters.  We had choices to snorkel, dive and swim in the clear water.  The second tour we tried was the "Chichen Ittza ruins", about a two hour bus ride into central Mexico.  This was a true drive through 'real' Mexico. The ruins were unbelievable and something none of us will forget.  Moon Palace and it's employees were professional, helpful and always happy.  They all go out of their way to make your stay relaxing, fun and full of entertainment.  Some of the free resort shows were our favorite part of the trip- we saw "Michal Jackson" in concert, a Mexican Band, the Fire and Drums show and lots of children's entertainment (karaoke, dance contests and party games).  We had everything in place, I didn't have to do anything but show up on time at the airport.  No troubles, no worries and no concerns about the trip at all.  We loved absolutely every second of our trip.  Memories were made and the time spent together was amazing.  I can't wait to plan our next trip with Jennifer!!!

Our trip was more than what we ever anticipated it would be. We had so much fun and it would not have been possible without your excellent travel service! We were able to do more sightseeing than we believed time would allow, while at the same time relax and enjoy the time spent on our vacation. Our trip to Southern California will be a positive lifetime memory for my family.

We were at the Disneyland and Legoland parks from open to close! The weather couldn't have been better, in the mid to high 70s everyday and sunny! We also had time to spend at several oceanside points, experience seeing sea life in tidal pools, saw the harbor seals and sea lions come to the ocean shore, tour the Midway WWII Naval aircraft carrier, the list goes on and on!  Also, your choice of flights, auto rental, hotel accommodations, their amenities and locations were perfect. The Del Sol Inn was directly across from the Disneyland entrance. The Holiday Inn Bayside for sightseeing and tourist attractions in San Diego could not have been in a more perfect and central location.  I have already told my friends and co-workers if they ever consider taking a family vacation, Jennifer Maki at Divine Destinations is the person to contact. You have made a loyal customer out of me. I can't wait to take my next trip and have you as my travel agent and could never have planned this trip without you.

I honestly never thought I would ever go on a cruise. The whole idea didn’t interest me. I loved every part of it. I have already told people to get a balcony. Days may have been cold or rainy but you could still sit and look out the window. If we spotted something or thought we did, we would go outside and get a better look. We saw whales, dolphins, silver salmon and otters. The dolphins and salmon swam right under our balcony. We would see them swim and even see them coming out of the water to jump into the air. I never knew salmon would do that. I didn’t realize how cold or rainy it could be but believe it or not – it didn’t matter.  The cruise was the best thing we have ever done.  We have already opened a savings account with the plan to go on another one – different location but a cruise.

My family recently took a trip to Disney World and we had the most amazing time.  I have an 11 year old boy, and two daughters ages 4 and 2.  We stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside for the whole week and that resort was great but I wouldn’t go to the same one again. It had a lot of great amenities but Disney has so many resorts to offer I would like to try other.  Especially the ones that have things going on at night on the beach.  This resort is made for older kids and not a lot of activities for the whole family to do. The one thing I really want to stress is the Dining Plan.  I wouldn’t suggest another way to go.  It was like using a credit card but never having to pay it back. Our 2 year old wasn’t included because Disney doesn’t put them on the menu until they are 3 and Damon was considered an adult.  So he got to order off the adult menu. We would get one sit down dinner, one quick meal and one snack.  I couldn’t believe the amount of food you got, the portions were so big that it was too much food for Damon to eat as an adult but it was great so Jaydon could share with us all.   With the dining plan we go the change to eat with the characters and also got to pick where we would like to go.  You could eat anytime of the day and it didn’t matter which meal you had.  You could use all of your table service meals and live off of the snacks.  It didn’t matter.  It was all healthy also.  If you are at all thinking of the dining plan, don’t think just do!  It is truly amazing.
